Privacy Statement
The International Journal of Business, Arts and Scientific Study (IJBASS), published by the Bangladesh Center for Research and Planning (BCRP), is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of authors, reviewers, editors, and users of the journal website and online submission system.

3. Manuscript and Peer-Review Confidentiality
Manuscripts submitted to IJBASS are treated as confidential during the editorial and peer-review process. Access to submitted manuscripts and associated editorial information is restricted to individuals who require such access for legitimate editorial or peer-review purposes.
IJBASS operates a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewer identities and confidential reviewer information are handled in accordance with the journal's peer-review procedures and are not disclosed to authors except where disclosure is required by legitimate editorial or ethical procedures.
4. Author Information
Information required to establish the scholarly record may be published with an accepted article. Depending on the article and information supplied by the authors, this may include author names, institutional affiliations, ORCID identifiers, article title, abstract, keywords, references, acknowledgements, and other bibliographic information.
Authors should not submit unnecessary personal or confidential information within a manuscript or its supplementary materials.
5. Information About Reviewers
Reviewer information is collected and used for the purposes of reviewer selection, manuscript evaluation, editorial communication, and maintenance of the journal's peer-review records.
Reviewer identities and confidential review materials are not publicly disclosed as part of the normal double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers are expected to maintain the confidentiality of manuscripts and information received during peer review.
6. Editorial and Publication Records
IJBASS may retain information associated with manuscript submissions, editorial decisions, peer-review activities, correspondence, and published articles as part of the journal's scholarly and administrative records.
Such records may be used to document the editorial history of a manuscript, address publication-ethics matters, respond to legitimate enquiries, and maintain the integrity of the scholarly publishing process.
7. Publicly Available Information
Once an article is published, information forming part of the scholarly record may be publicly accessible through the IJBASS website and through relevant scholarly discovery, indexing, citation, and preservation services.

IJBASS does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Personal information is not disclosed for unrelated commercial purposes.

IJBASS takes reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, manuscript files, peer-review materials, and editorial correspondence from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should therefore avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through the journal's systems.

Authors submitting research involving human participants must ensure that manuscripts and supplementary materials protect participant privacy and confidentiality. Identifying information should not be published unless appropriate ethical requirements and consent provisions have been satisfied.

Registered users may contact the journal when they need to correct inaccurate personal or professional information associated with their journal account or editorial correspondence.
