Archiving Policy

IJBASS is committed to the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all articles and scholarly content published by the journal. The journal maintains an archiving policy to ensure that published research remains accessible to readers and researchers even if the journal website or publishing platform experiences disruption or becomes unavailable.

Long-Term Preservation

Published articles are preserved through recognized digital preservation and scholarly archiving arrangements. These preservation mechanisms are intended to maintain the availability and integrity of the journal's published scholarly record over the long term.

Preservation of Published Content

The archived scholarly record may include the full text of published articles, article metadata, abstracts, references, publication dates, author information, and persistent identifiers associated with each article.

Permanent Access

IJBASS aims to ensure that published articles remain permanently accessible and discoverable through stable digital records and persistent article identifiers. Where an article is preserved through an external archival service, the preserved version remains part of the journal's scholarly record.

Publisher Continuity

In the event of a temporary interruption, technical failure, or significant change to the journal's publishing infrastructure, reasonable measures will be taken to maintain access to previously published articles and associated bibliographic information.

Version Integrity

The published version of record is maintained as the authoritative scholarly version of each article. Any subsequent correction, retraction, or other post-publication change will be identified clearly and linked to the relevant published record in accordance with the journal's publication-ethics policies.

Author Self-Archiving

Authors may deposit their published work in appropriate institutional or subject repositories in accordance with the journal's Repository / Self-Archiving Policy, provided that the deposited version includes a full citation and a link to the official IJBASS publication.
